Nature's Praise  

The most beautiful and awe-inspiring sunset was seen on Hwy 395 near the town of Independence, CA in October 2005. A thick layer of gray clouds filled the late afternoon sky as shafts of light beamed down onto the desert floor. As the sun began to set, the shafts of light shifted from shining downward toward the earth to shining upward into the clouds. The sun's rays turned from white to yellow, peach, pink and finally a smoldering red. We were amazed by the glory and majesty that God revealed to us that day.
